The Mackie Brothers bring the dancing tunes and Caitlin Robertson, a Minnesotan guitarist and singer-songwriter, writes original songs that weave intricate place-based, poetic narratives that tell simple truths with both sweet and haunting melodies. Her songs illustrate her connections to the landscapes she has lived in, and speak universal truths of love, heartache and longing. Collaborating with Robertson is Wildrose Fox, her backing band made up of varied and experienced Twin Cities-based musicians adding a unique edge to Robertson's Folk-Rock-Country-Pop songs.
